Well, Te Sun sessions, in my opinion, we’re much more about the specific time, place, and most of all, the artists. That is kind of like saying “You can’t re-create the original Beatles EMI rrecording on a laptop. I actually think you could easily do it if you had the actual Beatles here! The capability yo get on a laptop today far exceeds what the had at Abbey Road. But I digress.
The point is that the idea of being able to sound just as good from a home studio as you can from a commercial studio is getting so common that it shows up in chick flicks (my wife’s term for the movie, not mine:)).
