Paul williams (37-1, 27 KOs) is a 27-year old the reigning two-time WBO welterweight champion boxer from Augusta, Ga. He stands 6 feet 3 in height and had 10 years and a 10-inch reach advantage on the veteran Wright. Williams has lost just once, in a decision to Carlos Quintana in February 2008, and he avenged it with a first-round knockout of Quintana four months later.
