About 643,000 Envision high chairs and 90,000 Majestic Evenflo model high chairs are now recalled due to risks from falls and choking hazards. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, these high chairs which were sold in stores from December 2002 through April 2006 with a price of $80 and $110 had 19 reports of bumps and bruises to the head and 35 reports of other injuries.
