Live with Regis and Kelly Beautiful Baby Search 2009 Grand Winner will be announce on March 13. 5 adorable finalists from the top 10 semi-finalists will have the chance to win the grand prize of $125,000 to be use for 4 year college education and will appear on the cover of Parenting magazine, Early Years edition. A consolation prize of $25,000 that can be use for 1 year of college education will be awarded to the 4 runners up. Here are the Top Ten (10) semi-finalists:
