Liza Hunter Galvan from San Antonio won this year’s inaugural Disney Princess Half Marathon. Liza set a record of 1 hour, 18 minutes and 18 seconds finishing the 13.1-mile course while Nadezhda Tuptova of Gainesville came in second place. More than 11,000 runners from every U.S. state and 17 other countries took part in various races throughout weekend. All participants received a commemorative Champion Ladies Tech shirt and runners who crossed the finish line received a special Princess tiara-shaped medal.
