I laughed when I saw this headline first. I can not believe someone would go so far as to sue Miley fro four billion dollars over one picture. Are you going to sue a majority of the teenage population of the USA too? I think this is ridiculous. Very ridiculous. If I were the judge, I would laugh this Lucie J. Kim person out of the courtroom. I am friends with Asians, and they are in no way offended by this picture. I have nothing against Asians, and neither does Miley.
