24-year-old model and Lingerie Football League Melissa Jo Berry sued her ex-boyfriend, Mark C. Dawson for posting nude pictures of her on the internet. The alleged photographs extort, humiliate and hurt her by showing it to her mother and friends and posting them on MySpace.com without her permission. In her lawsuit, Berry alleges that Dawson used his cellular phone to take several n-u-d-e pictures of her including one taken without her knowledge.
The Lingerie Football League is an outgrowth of the Lingerie Bowl, an alternative half-time television entertainment show that airs during the Super Bowl. The sixth edition will be played in Tampa on Feb. 1.
