Jaden Smith, ten-year-old son of Hollywood icon Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith will play the lead role for a remake of the 1984 classic movie “Karate Kid” and will shoot next year in Beijing and other cities. The film will be produced by Will Smith, Jerry Weintraub and Overbrook Entertainment.
