Star Wars: The Old Republic is a multiplayer online game, the spiritual successor to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic with an MMO twist and planned for release on PC. Players can choose to play as Jedi, Sith, or other classic Star Wars classes, says LucasArts, and define their own path as Dark Side sympathises or Force-loving rebels. As expected, players can also team up with friends online for power in numbers.
“The Old Republic” will tell a “powerful” story set thousands of years before the “Star Wars” movies. It’s the same setting as the popular “Knights of the Old Republic” games.
