Promo Mechanics:
1. The promo is open only to Philippine residents who are 18 years old and above.
2. Consumers must submit 10 crowns of Red Horse Beer together with his/her complete name, address, telephone number (if any), affix his/her signature and drop the entries in designated drop boxes in all San Miguel Brewery Inc. sales offices and trade partner nationwide.
3. Consumers may also send their entries to SMB sales personnel of their “suking tindahan”.
4. The promo duration is from June 1 to November 29, 2008.
5. Deadline for submission of entries for the Grand draw is on November 15, 2008.
6. The Minor Draws will be held during each of the 6 nationwide Muziklaban Semi-Finals events in November 2008
7. The Grand Draw will be held during the Muziklaban Grand finals event in Metro Manila on November 29, 2008.All prizes will be drawn with the presence of an SMB and BFAD representative.
8. Prizes at stake:
Minor Draws
50 winners of 1 ipod unit each (Total for all Minor Draws)
50 winners of a cash prize worth 5,000 pesos each (Total for all Minor Draws)
Major Prize
10 winners of a cash prize worth 10,000 pesos cash
9. A participant can win only once. If a name wins more than once, he gets the bigger prize.
10. Non-winning entries in the Minor Draws are qualified to join the Grand Draw.
11. All prizes are tax free.
12. Winners will be notified via registered mail and announced during the different Red Horse Beer Muziklaban events. Winners will also be posted in all trade partners and at red horse beer official website.
13. All winners must present any valid ID together with letter of notification and claim certificate at the San Miguel Brewery Inc. Sales Offices to claim their prizes.
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days after receipt of notification/registered mail shall be forfeited in favor of San Miguel Brewery Inc.
15. Employees of Events Circuit, J. Walter Thompson, Starcom Media Group, San Miguel Brewery Inc., its agencies, promo suppliers and their respective relatives up to second degree of consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
