Orange Inks gave this video to me while we’re chatting last night. Joop Dorresteijn, contributing editor of the thenextweb.org posted this video entitled, “Feedburner hack: how to get 2500 subscribers overnight (video).” He showed how easy it is to hack your Feedburner subscriber count. It won’t take more than a minute or so to add a few thousand subscribers. This video is not intended to teach us how to hack but to BUZZ Google/Feedburner to fix this glitch.

Wow! thanks for this info man..I never realize people could manipulate their feed count. I hope feedburner/google could do something about it.

Dami kong nakikita na sobrang lumaki ang Feed stats in so short a time. Now confirmed n yung duda ko na dinaya lang yun. Dami nila, lalo na sa pinoy blogosphere! He he.

Isa pa, temporary lang yan. Google and Feedburner will soon discover it and remedy the situation. Mas nakakahiya na biglang bagsak ang stats mo. Buking na nandaya lang.

Para sa akin, mas magandang indication ang number of comments and replies kesa sa number of subscribers.

At totoo yan, madaming madaya sa mga pinoy bloggers! hehe. pero sakin, okay lang yun. Dun sila masaya eh.

Sana maayos ng feedburner itong bug na ito sa lalong madaling panahon para magka-alaman na ng totoo! hehe.
