Showtime miniseries, “Secret Diary of A Call Girl” debuts tonight. The story was inspired by the books and blog of a high-class London escort Belle de Jour. The eight-episode first season has already aired in Britain, where it was controversial for having fun with a profession generally considered sexist and exploitive.
