The famous celebrity cosmetic surgeons, Dr. Manuel “Manny” Calayan and Rosario “Pie” Calayan are facing a P26 Million lawsuit filed by a naturalized American citizen Louem Martinez after the penile enlargement operation went wrong.
Martinez said he felt pain in his penis, which became “deformed, sagged and bumped” days after the operation. He said he also learned from American cosmetic surgeons that the aquagel injected by Calayan into his penis can cause cancer.
Louem Martinez, 34, also filed criminal charges of estafa, reckless imprudence resulting in serious physical injury and obstruction of justice against the Calayans. He asked for P20 million in actual damages, P3 million in moral damages and another P3 million in exemplary damages.
