As of last month, Jollibee Food Corporation (JFC) was operating a total of 1,385 stores nationwide, namely, Jollibee (625), Chowking (376), Greenwhich (237), Red Ribbon (192), Delifrance (27) and Manong Pepe (2). The group had 186 stores overseas.
And now the largest fast food chain operator in the Philippines, announced last wednesday that it has opened a Jollibee outlet in Shenzhen City, China. This is the first Jollibee outlet to be opened in China after several years, and the store, which is located in G-8, G-9 Jia Ning Na Mall in the city, is owned and operated by Kuai Le Feng, a wholly owned subsidiary of JFC.
Believe it or not, there are Filipinos who have not even heard of Mickey Mouse but will go estatic by mere mention of the bee – JOLLIBEE.
